NEWBIE to the site: Seaking BMV Leads in ESSEX, Herts, ENFIELD and NORTH LONDON,

My name is Lois Mondo. I am a nurse by profession but have always wanted to get involved in investing in BLT properties. I have read many property related books and watched the various TV programs for years and am eager to learn more and start on my wealth creation venture as I'm nearing retirement and feel I'll never be financialy secure from the earnings of my chosen noble career.I registered onto the site last week after having been refered by a friend and I'm very grateful to Catherine for the intro.

For, in the past few days I've been reading contributions,Past and present, from members on this site and have been amaized at the exchanges of current and very pertinent, educational information on the subject,and I'm honoured to be a member of such a knowleagable group.

On My Property Investment Effort todate:- I have two BLT properties that i purchased at auction last January and I had a rather difficult time of it because the props are just over 3 years old and were grossly undervalued for mortgaging: Though properties, even on the same floor as mine, were valued at the expected comprables in around the same period ( for example, one of my flats was valued £46K below that of a flat 2 numbers down the corridor, on the same floor).Appeals didn't yield any positive result as the Surveyor had had access to the Auction purchase prices) So potential BMV props left me putting in some money. I used a very helpful broker/packager.My props completed at the end of January.

Since then however, i've been looking for BMV props in Essex (RM17 and EN9 areas);Enfield, Herts and North London without success.

I'm eager to start my BLT wealth creation in enerst and would be most grateful for any BMV leads in the above areas.
