Hello from the North West

Hi, Just subscribed to the site after seeing and meeting Deep in Birmingham. I'm an active property investor always looking for properties and portfolio's in the North West of England, ideally NMD with stackable rents.

Under the current climate I've become obsessed recently with sub sales and creative financing, and I'm really looking forward to working with and networking with the members here.

Please get in touch or just say hello, it would be nice to become an active an useful contributor.

Welcome to the forum, no doubt you’ll be learning lots here.

I think the forums great as many investors here can share their expertise

the area I Specialize in, is Negotiation and Packaged deals, over the past 2 years I have closed over 100 deals for others ranging from 20-40% below market value using some really advanced negotiation techniques.

If you would any help in this area please give us a call and I would gladly help you as others have helped me. Or give s a shout and we will go for a beer we are in the same town anyway.
