Hi From Leicester!!!

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and to the property game in general. I am learning so many new things and I am totally charged at getting started in making a better future for my family & I.
I have just attended a seminar down in London by Martin Welch through the Property Investment Club (PIC), and although I learnt loads of new things I have come back eager to get started but I realise that they never actually showed me how & what to do

Has any one else attend their seminar? How does Deep's stuff differ to the PIC? Can any one give me some un-bias advice on how I can locate below market deals and get started?

Hi Suleman,

Welcome to the forum. Never heard of the PIC seminar co. But you have certainly joined a quality Property investment forum, this is packed with information and resources that will help you in your property business many of these are free to members of the forum.

Spend some time getting familiar with the site and follow the threads from previous converstations as many of your questions will have been discussed already, also try the Free Downloads section Deep has provided a wealth of training material which will be a rich resource of knowledge and really teach you as much if not more than many expensive seminar companies charge massive fees for.

Also if you want to invest in any of Deeps other courses SUCCESS through property is excellent value for money.

Network with other investors spend time on this site and you will soon be off to a flying start.

Just do something everyday.......... get clear on what you want to acheive and GO FOR IT.....................

Thanks for the replies guys I appreciate the feedback & comments, I have already started to listen to the training videos and just from the first 2 I feel that I have started to make ground on getting started.
I am excited at what potential this has and having this web site or forum gives that added help when needed so thanks again.

Welcome to the forum, no doubt you’ll be learning lots here.

I think the forums great as many investors here can share their expertise

the area I Specialize in, is Negotiation and Packaged deals, over the past 2 years I have closed over 100 deals for others ranging from 20-40% below market value using some really advanced negotiation techniques.

Wow, thanks for all the replies and the warm welcome, makes a big difference to my confidence levels knowing that so much help & advice is at hand.
I have started looking deeper into things and have listened to a few of the free downloads that Deep has put together and they have been really helpful. I still have some answered questions and I'm getting the feeling that for every questioned answered a new question will replace it?

If any one can shed some light on these it would be great?

1. What is the best way to find fresh leads for motivated sellers?
2. I have used rentacoder.com to try and find these leads, what should I expect to pay for them?
3. Has any one used this route before? What are their leads like?
4. Once I have some leads what would be the best way to contact these clients and start negotiating?
5. Where can I find investors to buy the deals once I've done the negotiation?

I hope that the more experienced of the forum can help with these?
