Hello Everyone

I'm completely a newbie at this so forgive me if i make some school boy errors in the property world. I decided that being involved in property is something i wanted to do as my career about 4 months ago.

Since then i've bought 6 books from the internet and 20 dvds on investing in property. It's ALOT of information to take it, bit overwhelming tbh im spending what free time i have trying to learn abt property so i avoid alot of mistakes.

Feel like i'm stuck in the starting blocks though need to get out and build my property empire.

Could do with working with someone in the manchester area who can help anyone got deals in manchester then i'd be interested in hearing from you :-)

Need a plasterer i just completed a 4 day course in it looking into getting some refurb work done myself need the capital to start up in

Figure my first one is gona have to be briding finance though
