My friend Gerry Pridham who is a regular on this forum has been telling me how successful he has been since joining parmdeep's forum. Therefore, I having finally taken the plunge to join.

Since, investing in property back in 2005, I have gone to many seminars and read many books on property strategies, however it was not until I came across David Lee, that I could see the light at the end of the tunnel, whereas the other strategies only showed me how to make money in an upward market.

Here is my story:

I recently had a mortgage offer to buy property in Manchester from a couple with 2 young kids. The deal should have completed a few weeks ago, however lender put my mortgage offer on hold and requested last 3 years self assessment from me, even though they stated that I would be able to self declare my income.

I lost £1000 on costs and even worse the vendors were on the phone crying saying that they had already moved all there stuff out of their house and moved into new rental property, they were already in mortgage arrears and had put all their hope in deal completing.

I rang round the property circuit to get help, however was told deal did not have enough meat in it. I was advised to walk away from deal. That was until I contacted David Lee, who was the only one who could help me. Alot of people now are warming up to rent to own system. The response Im getting from people has been positive.

The presentation on 1st May, will only reveal the tip of the iceberg on how you can generate cashflow:

"How To Invest In Buy to Let,
Use Little Or No Money,
Never Visit A Bank
And Have
No Mortgage Debt!"

I find this strategy easy, however as it is not common practice, Im finding that people are complicating it more than they need to. I would not have been able to do my first sandwich option without David's help. He has been a breath of fresh air and put hes money where hes mouth is. My first deal is a joint venture with david. He has helped me put my vendors in same situation they would have been if they mortgage had been completed. He is geniune and practice what he preaches.

I think the course Im doing is priceless and I have every confidence that I will be making alot of money from this specialised knowledge. £2k for course is nothing compared to what will make.
