Hello fellow property people.

My name is Paul, and although i already own a portfolio i am new to this forum thing. So please be nice to me !

I live near Thirsk, North Yorkshire and Invest mainly in the County Durham area. I am willing to consider any good leads within 40 miles of Thirsk.

I am looking forward to attending the Ask The Experts day on Saturday, especially with the current market conditions.

I have been using The Same Day Bridge method like many Investors, although i think it is time to learn new tricks ! Sugestions welcome.

I hope to meet some of you on Saturday.

Welcome to the forum. I have only been on the site for 1 week though like you I have a portfolio that we, my wife & I, are still building. I have been a full time investor for 14 months and offer my services should you require them.

I think the forums great as many investors here can share their expertise

the area I Specialize in is Negotiation and Packaged deals, over the past 2 years I have closed over 100 deals for others ranging from 20-40% below market value using some really advanced negotiation techniques.
