Hi Everyone,

I'm Angie, worked in the NHS for 33yrs, took early retirement and decided to do something for me.Located in Southampton.

Only experience to date is a refurb on my son's property, sold it on and that's it so far! Apart from loads of research

Attended one of Deeps seminars at the NEC which totally refocused my way of thinking.

Looking forward to meeting like-minded people, learning and geting some deals done!

Angie,

The people who have replied and given you the advice you asked for are the best in the business, don't sit on the fence call them and ask them to guide you now.

I wasted to much time sitting on the sidelines reading and learning you have to network and gain experience from the pro's even if they come across as just selling their services do the both at the same time, because eventually these are the same people you will be doing business with sooner or later.

the area I Specialize in, is Negotiation and Packaged deals, over the past 2 years I have closed over 100 deals for others ranging from 20-40% below market value using some really advanced negotiation techniques.

Welcome to the forum.

It looks as though when you introduced yourself, you 'tagged' onto the replies for my own introduction; in order for the forum members who will be of help to you,to reply, you need to return to the 'Introduce Yourself' area of the forum and hit the 'Post' button and reintroduce yourself to all the members; that way you will have your 1st post and people will be able to 'see' you and make their reply.
They may not notice you 'tacked' on to my own replies; hope this helps?

I joined just a week ago and to date have learned loads just by sitting on the sideline reading and learning.

There are many very experienced and helpful people on this forum who i am sure will give you all the necessary advice you need.
