Hello Everyone...Builders required..

After searching multiple websites, I came across this one. I have just join the Tycoon forum.

I am new to this property business, but have set myself a goal to buy 5 properties by the end of the year.That involves building my team e.g broker, solicitor, builders etc.

I know many people are busy with their own projects but I am looking for your help. I am currently looking for some honest builders to renovate my parents house in East Ham, East London. But before this can happen I need to move them out into another 3 bed room house within the London area(that has good rental potential), Once the builders have quoted me a reasonable price and work has started. When my London Property is completed I will move my parents back into the renovated house. I will then want to rent out the temporary one we were living in.

Do you think it is possible to find a property within the next 3/4 weeks to move into, with no money down or using some creative financing? I don't know where to start and there is so much information to take in on this site.

All help and suggestions appreciated. I have a list of works and the existing and proposed ground floor plans. Feel free to call (9-5pm) or email me if you can help or know someone that can.

P.S One other question I had was once the property is completed which is the best way to find tenants, are there any low cost strategies or websites people can recommend?
