Hi Everyone,

I am new to any forum and I live in Hull for my sins!

I am a property investor looking to invest Hull and the north-east such as in Middlesbrough, Darlington, Hartlepool and Sockton.

I have been investing for about a year and have three properties. I have come to a standstill as I have run out of funds and now looking at BMV and No Money Down deals. I was sad to read that the BoI and B&W have pulled their 85% LTV mortgages - that just means we will have to work harder to get deals at least 30% BMV in order to get the 75% LTV mortgages to work for us.

I am planning to purchase around 1-2 properties a month for the next 12 to 18 months.

So if anyone knows/has any leads/deals that they are willing to sell on then please let me know.
