I've noticed you on Singing Pig, David. You seem to be very much on the ball there, as well as here.

I need advice on how to offer a couple of Caribbean off-plan apartments via the trust deed idea that Parmdeep promoted recently, alongside Paul Levy, his commercial lawyer friend. However, I think I should trawl round this site a little bit first, to find the best place to float that one: any suggestions as to where best to look, most welcome.

Also, I need to find a BMV property or two asap in Bristol for a client who has commissioned me to do so. If you can give me some useful pointers on that, too, I'd be doubly glad.
