Hi Everyone,
I have recently discovered the world of Property Investment. My wife and I are right at the very beginning of making 2009 the best year (Financially Speaking) we have ever had.
We are still in the processes of learning all about the processes of BMV deals etc and looking forward to chatting with other members of this forum and sharing ideas. 
I will looking at properties in Coventry Redditch stratford Evesham and surrounding towns

Welcome to the forum, no doubt you’ll be learning lots here.
I think the forums great as many investors here can share their expertise
the area I specialise in is “Negotiation”, Closing down DEALS and finding creative angles.
Over the past 2 years I have closed over 153 deals for myself and others ranging from 20% - 45% below market value using some really advanced negotiation techniques.
If you would like any help I can share a few ways which will allow you to convert upto 50% of your leads. Please give us a call and I would gladly help you as others have helped me on this forum.
