I'm Murray i'm from New Zealand and live in south wales. Been looking this site for a while. Taken the plunge at last and signed up. Have read parmdeeps book already. Very pleased what he had to say.

Been looking to get into property for a long time now. Due to an accident at work I have the time to do it. Keen to buy my frist prop. Must have a hundred odd questions to pick peoples brain's with.

The frist one would be, is there a property club in or around the cardiff area. Or could some point me in the right direction where I can find this out. Cheers
