Hi everyone my name is sue Orwin and I am newish to the property business.

I am open minded to most concepts, I am a qualified Chef but after 25 years had enough of not making any money so last year made the move to get out and activly started property research and I an now currently training to be a plumber (such a large opportunity for female plumbers out there!!!)

My Husband and myself have dabbled a little in the past, just flipping a couple of properties after letting out never worked for us in the early 90's. couldn't get the mortgage people to work with us at that time.

We have spent 25years in the Army so we were not privy to the information that i have recently found.

After the British Army had done with us we went of to the Australian Army for a few years (if anyone is interested in australia for buy to let, let me know i may be able to give some useful advice on areas and costings ect).

We have come back to wet and wonderful UK to get a portfolio together so we can retire back in the sun and not have to work!!!!

the area I specialise in is “Negotiation”, Closing down DEALS and finding creative angles.

Over the past 2 years I have closed over 153 deals for myself and others ranging from 20% - 45% below market value using some really advanced negotiation techniques.
