My name is Zelena Bacchus and I am a beginner in the world of property investment, but looking forward buying my first investment property, using BMV and a NMD.

I have however, seen companies which package deals like yourselves (BIP) and was wondering, although the deals are BMV and NMD, where do you find the cash to pay for the intial outlay of any one deal, i.e. reservation costs, arrangement fees, legal fees and searches, valution, mortgage broker fees. This can sometimes amount to £3k plus.
