My names Steve and I just joined today as a initial Silver member.

I am currently based (working) in the Middle East (Oil/Finance) but I am looking to return to UK in the next 3-6 months. I have owned BTL since 1997 but have not had more than one property on the go at any one time.

I was lucky ? To sell up my two properties (BTL and private) at the beginning of last year when I moved abroad with my job.
I am now looking to get back into the market using BMV and NMD no money down. I would aspire to build a portfolio of properties of 40-50 within 5 years.

I am open to advise and suggestions for Areas of the UK to specialise on with good potential and good quantity of 'BMV Leads' in the next few years as when I return to UK I can pretty much live anywhere. As recommended I would like to have a portfolio that is within 1 hours drive in any direction from my base.

Previous experience is in Norfolk, Suffolk and Berkshire.
