I have been involved in property since 1998 and made the move from traditional property investing to BMV when Lisa Orme started her Coventry seminars in 2003/2004?. I remember seeing Deep & Vanish on her panel and Glenn Armstrong talking about some of his first deals and Richard Watters, pre AQS, talking about some of his creative option deals.

I now run my own BMV company, manage my own portfolio, run a landlord mentorship programme and have now started to turn a few properties (the market has turned - a bit!). I love everything about the industry even, in a hedonistic manner, the property crash as it has tested me to develop new ideas and new goals but more importantly it has reminded to go back to the basics of property investment.

We live in interesting times and i for one will savour every moment!

Can't promise to post religiously but hope when i do will prove worthy!
