Hi, I am proud to announce that I have recently been appointed Business Development Manager for Rapid Property Group owned by Philip Martin who has been a close friend of mine for over 10 years. I have an awful lot to learn about property and am reliably informed that this is the best place to do just that!

I consider myself extremely fortunate to be working with such a well respected successfull friend and colleague and I am anxious to learn from his knowledge and experence as well as from the many others I have already been introduced to. I do have a fairly huge learning curve but know that my property journey begins here and I intend to make the most of this journey and build my own property portfolio along the way....

Also, my first tip for the forum would be to use the 'search' facility e.g. if you want to know more about lease options for example, literally input that in the search facility.

I'm only new to the forum, but that is how I started using it and it's been a really quick way to access information.
