Hi guys

I found out about Deep online and I am amazed and inspired by how far he has come from £5 p/h to A True Property Tycoon!

My aim is to follow in his footsteps and build my property empire by networking and building strong relationships with like-minded people who truly see the umlimited potential that Real Estate has to offer.

I am specifically interested generating Cashflow to replace my work income over the next year. Also interested in Lease options, sandwich lease options, options and of course purchasing distressed property at least 20% BMV; preferably in London at the moment.

I am fairly new to Property Investing, but I have learnt quite a bit through research and taking a few risks here and there. So I'm here to share the knowledge and learn from all levels!! Giving is receiving..

I'm not really sure how this whole thing works, but in time I will get the hang of it!
