Hi All

I am a teacher in lovely Cornwall in the UK. I had three props origonally before I read about NMD in Jan 07. My aim now is to build up my portfolio as quickly as I can - I've reached 21 currently (June 09), with properties spread all around the country! I have five children aged from 15 down to 7, so investing in their future is important.

Things have stalled a little bit with the credit crunch, and whereas before I was hoping to be able to retire from teaching soon, that has been put on hold until I can start refinancing my portfolio once more.

Currently I'm on the hunt for about 15K of private investment (initially for 6 months - I'll give 1.5% per month interest) to complete a refurb project. A year ago it was easy to find partners willing to invest, but it seems a lot more difficult now. Is there anyone out there who would like to earn a bit more interest than they can get in the average piffling savings account? If so, or you know anyone who might be interested, please drop me a line.
