It has been quite a while since i've been on the site so I thought it wise to re introduce myself.

My name is Jonny and I'm based in Nottingham. I'm looking for JV partners to help me get my own development off the ground.

I have spent several years sourcing and renovating homes on behalf of others and feel that now is the the time to work for my own gain and those of my partners.

My background is in Plumbing and Electrics and i am fortunate enough to have access to a number of BMV leads which I would like to purchase and renovate with a view to selling either traditionally or to a BTL investor. I have access to many trades through friends and previous works in place.

The only thing I lack is financial creativity and that push over the precipice!
