I discovered this forum last week, and I've spent the greater part of the weekend educating myself by reading back through old threads! I'm ashamed to say that until recently I thought I'd need to stump up a 25% deposit in order to invest in any more properties, but seeing the creative things people on this forum are doing has really opened my eyes.

I've just bought my second buy-to-let (in North London where I live), but I really want to push ahead with some Lease Options and NMD deals to keep building up my passive income. Also up for JVs or any creative ideas, and networking with anyone in and around London!
