I'm new to the forum and new to property investment. Have been on several courses and go to the Berks Prop Meet - excellent. Now ready to crack on as I've got the whole of summer off

I'm looking for investment properties in Berkshire areas so let me know if you find anything. Also interested in creative financing info.

I'm also sourcing properties for extra income.
