I'm originally from Newcastle-on-Tyne but now live in the 'Costa' Northern Ireland. I have been actively involved in property for just over a year now and, together with my business partner in the North East of England, have been helping investor's from Northern Ireland source BMV deals in NE England. I have a relatively small and diverse property portfolio, but I am looking to expand rapidly in the next 12 months in the fields of lease options, distressed and HMO's. I am also keen to embark on Joint Ventures and investing in different trading platforms. True Bank repo's in Spain are also top of my radar and looking forward to working with a fantastic team who are based in Spain. A big thank you for taking the time to reply. Fairly new to this forum game and goodness knows where i'm 'posting' things. I am starting to come to terms with some of the terminology too, and for a Geordie that in itself is a major achievement!

Pete - Nice to put a face to the voice too, you sound older on the phone!!!

Ron & Ann - The tan looks good. I'm typing this from Fuengirola, as I am here for a couple of days looking at a few deals and financing options. It's absolutely roasting, how do you both cope!

Abrar - 'Thinking outside the box' is refreshing. That's my philosophy too. Thank you very much for the offer of assistance, I may just take you up on that some day. Likewise, if I can be of any help to people please do not hesitate to get in touch.
