Land Registry I am negotiating a deal, and I would like some advice.
The property is a probate sale left to a brother & sister. I checked on Land Registry for ownership and the property is not registered. I contacted the vendor who said the title had been transfered into their names, with the deeds being held by his solicitor.He said he will send me a copy this week-end.
Question:- If their names are on the deeds is it safe to proceed,or should I insist the property is recorded with land registry?
