Hi all I am completely new to the Forum and to the property business. I am looking forward to learning as much as possible making as many new like minded friends as possible and picking as many succesfull minds as possible and looking forward to the year ahead.

I live in Gravesend in Kent my background is very varied prior to 1991 I attempted several things to do with direct sales, network marketing and home based businesses. Since 1992 I have worked in IT Support with several prestigeous companies.

Now I am self employed again I am still contracting as IT support, I am currently launching a 24hr immediate response UK & European Express Freight company and going to attempt to build a property portfolio along side of all this so have my hands full a little so any help will be greatly appreciated.

I currently do not have any properties in my portfolio so starting with a blank canvas.
