Hi Everyone,

My name is Wayne Williams ,this is my first time on any kind of forum and i'm slightly nervous.
Just a little bit about myself, I live in the South of Wales, in a town called Neath. I work in the building trade as a kitchen fitter and everything else that goes with it.
I bought my first and only investment property back in May this year from a motovated seller, but it was pure luck! I have quite a bit of equity in the prop but can't get at it until the end of November.
I would be very greatful for any advice or information about NMD deals and how you sourced the props.
