Hi All,

Until April last year I was using the ‘Rialto method’ (i.e. leafleting) to source properties BMV in the SW London / N. Surrey areas. I had some success and have a small BTL portfolio now. I also got some Finders Fees when I had a website. For various reasons I took a break from it and now wonder how BMV and NMD work nowadays – of course buying and re-mortgaging ain’t what it used to be!

A longer-term goal is to do a self-build so I will also be trawling the site for useful info for that.

I live in South Wimbledon, am married with 3 kids (3, 6 and 9) and have quite a demanding job as an IT manager (50 / 60 hours per week). So my free time is quite limited!

I look forward to learning from and sharing experiences with other forum members so I can dip back into my BMV activities in the not too distant future

I have personally been involved in property for a few years now and learnt
so much from sourcing deals, negotiating and seeing deals through to
