Hi, My name is Denise and I am new to this forum. I joined after listening to so many others saying it is the best propety forum around .

I work with my friend Sonja - whom I know some of you have had contact with over the past few years.

We both live near Brighton on the south coast and have recently attended two courses: A weekend with Passive Property (Rob Moore and Mark Homer), and another weekend with Phil Martin. Both were very different but both were very enjoyable, enlightening and confidence building.

Despite that, we are still both fairly new to property investing ( a few buy to lets between us) but have decided that if we don't step up the pace now to secure our pensions, we never will (not spring chickens any longer)

I am hoping in the first instance to get some cash flow by sourcing properties for others (although Sonja is more interested in actually purchasing BMV properties in this area).

It would be nice to try and find properties for others who work in the South East as I notice that most leads that are offered are further North! If anyone in the South East is interested in purchasing leads locally it would be lovely to hear from you and find out what your criteria is.

In the meantime I look forward to chatting with you all, and hopefully meeting some of you at local property events.
