hi everyone quick intro

Hi ppl,

First discovered how useful these forums are from using singingpig, which I still use and it was through SP that I discovered what buying BMV was all about,
Since then i've been marketting for BMV properties and my long term goal is to create enough cashflow to quit my 9-5 and leave the ratrace.
I've joined here to hopefully gain more valuable knowledge from more experienced investors and share ideas/thoughts,
see everyone about!

i suggest you have a close look at the lease option section as it is the hottest strategy for properties (and likely to be for the next couple of years)
