a "probably" over educated newbie

Hi all,

just joined the forum and been learning about property since 25th April at Rhetts UK property exhibition in London. Have got myself sorted now and I'm raring to go. All the "gurus" recommend investing locally or in a single area so that's where I'm starting, in and around Colchester.
Just a few things about me

nearly 49, full time in property, one investment prop, happily married and kids left the nest, love sports and natural sciences, health, nutrition and fitness.

I've joined the forum to meet like minded people across the UK to work on some potential non local (to me) opportunities or JVs, I have knowledge, cash and time but no leads in Colchester.
