Hi everyone,

I've been reading around this site for a while now and have found the wealth of knowledge truly amazing!

As I have started making a few posts and asking a few questions it's only proper I introduce myself, so hello!

I was introduced to the site by Rhys Jones (south Wales property solutions) who organises a local property meet in Cardiff (LaTascers every 2nd Tuesday of the month anyone welcome)

Originally I started off doing BTS but when the "credit crunch" hit we could not sell and had our capital tied up, then Rhys introduced us to NMD and a whole exciting new world of BTL has opened up!
I am obviously new to the world of BMV and LO's so take it easy on me if I ask any silly questions.
