New Member in West Midlands

Hi Everyone,

Just joined and thought i'd introduce myself.
Based in West Midlands, i've got 4 BTL appartments/maisonetts in and around Birmingham, all cash flow positive with decent equity.
I would like to expand my portfolio quickly without putting in to much cash. (Wouldn't everyone)
I work fulltime so don't have time to source deals so i am looking for Ready Made Deals in an around Birmingam but there don't seem to be any around.
I am now considering looking further a field (Nottingham, Leicester ect) provided i can find a letting agent locally who can manage them and arrange any refurbishment if required.
