Hi,

I am Mohsin Ali from Birmingham, a Plumber my trade which is a great trade to know in property, however I dont see myself doing this as my main income as most Plumbers I know are not rich

.
My ambition is to become financially free in 4 years time by becoming a successful Property Investor. I read the property articles, Journals, I have invested in a few of Robert Kiyosaki and Dolf de Roos, Rich dad advisor series which have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

My strategy is to purchase BMV properties and rent out to DSS tenants. Also I am doing Lease options which I have learnt from Property tycoons.

I attend the Berkshire Property Meeting and I am going to attend the Birmingham PNC as its a great place to learn new strategies and network.

I looking to do Joint ventures.
