hi

I have worked in property development and civil engineering for about 20 years and have a HMO portfolio of properties in Reading . also some flats in eastern europe/cyprus

Looking to expand my portfolio but want properties with minimum 9% yeild to cover all costs and come out with a little profit

I have just recently joined also. I have found the forum extremely helpful & full of information, even for an experienced property person. Hi Fenton

I have 81 HMO's ranging from 5 - 11 bedrooms which must go very quickly. They are fully let to students in Leeds. We are doing them for £2995 all in for 25% deposit and legals taken care of. If you are interested I can send you a breakdown of the annual rents and predicted rents for 2010.
