Hello from Agis in London

Hi everyone,

I would like to quickly introduce myself.

My name is Agis and live in London. In the past I made several attempts to get on the property ladder, including property overseas, HMOs etc. I have enjoyed some moderate success but I have also made several BIG mistakes that I have learnt from.

I have not been active for almost a year now but I am starting again with lots of energy, passion and determination.

I am really keen on lease options so please look out for my postings in the relevant section of the forum. The help of those experienced on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I am more than happy to help others and share my experiences so far and I am looking forward to being part of this community.

I have personally been involved in property for a few years now and learnt
so much from sourcing deals, negotiating and seeing deals through to
completion. My own area of expertise is deal stacking and thinking out of
the box in helping create working solutions.
