Hi All,

Please allow me to introduce myself,.. my name is Karl Schweitzer and I am based in the North East. I would describe myself as a part time property investor with a small local portfolio.

I also source BMV property local to my area and I am looking to expand this business as well as adding to my own portfolio.

I have been so impressed by the quality of content and the friendly banter on the forum I hope I can contribute in the future. Although I fear I will have little to contribute at this early stage and more to gain.

I have had the pleasure of meeting several local investors over recent months and hope to meet many more in 2010. Their knowledge and experience has been invaluable to me and whilst I have made a few mistakes in property, without their advice it could have been far worse. So thanks guys and girls (you know who you are)

I would like to finish by saying a big thank you to Parmdeep for creating this fantastic resource and to all the forum members.
In particular Gerry Pridham for convincing me to get involved.

My name is Cormac and I am a partner along with 2 others in a business called National Property Trade. We have been investing for about 6 years now and we have along with our own portfolio, a business that may be of interest to you and certainly can help you get to the financial secure position that we’re all after.

This business offers our investors discounted (BMV) property deals that are guaranteed to be at least 25% off an independent valuation. We offer a fully packaged service, with the majority of the properties coming with a tenant agreement in place for the day after completion. We arrange everything from negotiating with the vendor, legal sale contracts, both sides solicitors, mortgage lending and finance.
