Hi my name is Peter i am 57 years old i live in east london, I love playing snooker and going fishing, I work for myself as a window cleaner wich i do enjoy but dont like the cold mornings. so its time to start thinking about an easier future.

I have been reading a lot about property investment over the past months, and i am now very keen to get started. I can see there are many ways to begin.

I think probably the best way for me to get started would be, ready made deals. but any advice and contacts to help me KICK start would be really great.

I am thinking of tryintg to find a student let in Colchester, as my son is at the university there, does any one know of anybody sourcing property there.

My name is Cormac and I am a partner along with 2 others in a business called National Property Trade. We have been investing for about 6 years now and we have along with our own portfolio, a business that may be of interest to you and certainly can help you get to the financial secure position that we’re all after.

This business offers our investors discounted (BMV) property deals that are guaranteed to be at least 25% off an independent valuation. We offer a fully packaged service, with the majority of the properties coming with a tenant agreement in place for the day after completion. We arrange everything from negotiating with the vendor, legal sale contracts, both sides solicitors, mortgage lending and finance. Total outlay for a property is approx 5k depending on the deal and there is nothing more to pay by you the investor, all the legal and other fees are built into the 5k.
