Hi Everyone,

Been a member for 4months and never did this thread, so here it is now.

I got into property about 10 yeas ago, I did it to pay my mortgage and give me my spending money. Back then I never really thought of it as a proper income, but when the equity trebled in as much time and I was still making a profit on rent after drawing down some of that equity, I thought hang on a minute.

Have a few props in the UK and some land and property abroad too.

Been listening and learning for the past few years since NMD deals have come about, have met some really good people and met some that need a good kicking.

Live and learn, but hopefully if everybody is honest with their failures on sites like these, then you don't have to learn the hard way.
