Hello again Tycoons,

Some of you may well remember I was a member of this this Forum between 2007-2009.

Previously I was maybe a little over cautious with releasing too many of my employment details but I used to champion the HIPs and EPC issue when they were introduced. Suffice to say I have returned to the Forum after having been away with my day job in one of the worlds current 'hot-spots'!

I will post seperately about some of the property issues I have. I am trying to build up enough of a residual income to support my family when I retire from the day job in the next 3 years. The current economy and scam business practices have been working very hard against me though.

I want to join some networking events this time around (live between Oxford and Swindon) so any invites would be welcome.

My construction and project management experience will be open to you to tap in to, so any questions please ask away.

Looking forward to re-joining the Forum and having a more open persona with you this time around.
