Hello, Anyone need a Finder/Sourcing Agent?

Hi Everyone,

Am bryan am new to forums and looking forward to learning from all of you.

A bit about me, well a graduate and been Admin temping for a few years and now unemployed at the moment. I have always wanted to work for myself and my ambition is to get in too property as an investor and eventually developer.

However at the moment i have no property experience, but i have read books and attended seminars in the past.

I would like to get started as a Finder/Sourcing Agent so that i can help others find BMV deals while gaining valuable practical experience!

Any Advice on how i can get started as a finder will be apprecited?

Also is it ok if i offer my services free initially or should i charge straight away?

And what expenses am i likely to incur while working as a finder?

plus i live in East london (olympic area} and have alot free time on my hands at the moment so if anyone needs help doing searches or something get in touch
