I joined many many moons ago and then got a little sidetracked with MY DAY JOB! but am very pleased to be back and active.
I'm very keen to learn the ins and outs of options and how I might be able to adapt these to HMO's.

Any advice, thoughts, or offfers of coaching or mentoring programmes either paid or exchange of services would be very much appreciated.

Hi Warren,

Thanks for your reply, I think I am likely to have more fun when I get my head around what I am actually doing

I understand the principles of lease options etc but that's a lot different from the actual doing. Are you guys familiar with the process (ie are you doing these types of deals).

I would really appreciate any advice.
