Newbie in Japan

HI there everyone,

I've just joined the forum.

I'm a UK expat living and working in Japan

Am yet to buy my first property, but am keen to get started ASAP, probably with a packaged armchair deal.

I am particuarly interested in the following;

1) Mortgage funding for me as an expat, not living in the UK
2) NMD options
3) Finding out as much information as possible to start out confidently
4) Sourcing BMV deals below 100k

Hopefully I am in the right place to get this info and make some buddies!!
