Hello to every member of the forum,
I would like to introduce myself shortly.
I have a full-time job, but I have always been interested in investing and being financially independent.
I started to learn UK property investing about two years ago.
I tried to educate myself many ways, so I visited different meetings, courses. There was an event held by a company called Money Gym, where we got to know different companies and different investment strategies and there were prizes to be won. My husband and I won the biggest value prize: a portfolio building company offered to build a portfolio of 5 properties, 25% below market value!
As the company's fee is the prize, it is like a 'no money down' deal, all I need to pay is the survey fee of the properties they offer me to buy. ( Glenn Armstrong, a property investor from Milton Keynes,offers the same service, buying 1-5 properties for investors, some of you may have heard of him)
Unfortunately I cannot get the Buy-to-let mortgage up to 75% LTV at the moment.
I am looking for JV partner(s), who we can help each other.
I can show the letter confirming the prize and also can provide all the names and phone numbers, also from Money Gym the company, that organized that event.

I think there is nothing to lose but a lot to gain both sides of the partnership and I am open to any solutions and ready to share profits/properties.
My husband and me live and work in London, but we are happy to drive anywhere to meet people and discuss the details.
I would like get some positive cashflow to support my family as many of us and to give those who are in need.
