new member...at long last !

Hello everyone...

My name is David Coutts, I've been watching a learning a lot from Parmdeep & the e-mails, links, etc but had made the worst mistake ever in 'not having the time' to look into this further.

However, I've taken the plunge now & Im learning lots...fast !!

I have a couple of properties in Aberdeenshire that I rent out & I have a house in Donegal, Republic of Ireland too, I just need to get a step by step plan together to make it happen & I think this is the place to help me. I'm looking to grow my portfolio in both Scotland & Northern Ireland as that is where I have the closest links at the moment. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions so I'll be posting more soon !

I'm really looking forward to this & cant wait to get going !

Welcome.

I've only been a member for a month or so but the whole experience has been so positive it's untrue. The only downside that I can see is that at time you feel that there is just too much to take in. It's all there for you - amazing community Deep and his mates have created here.

Try and get on the site every day and get the feel of things. If you can listen to the interviews they'll get you fired up and really positive. Really helps in focusing on a definate stratergy to adopt for your business.

Hi David,

Welcome to the community!

I have learnt sooo much on here and am still constantly learning new stuff every day. As you say there's so much to take in at first, but like anything else the more you read the more you learn and the more confident you become, so keep readiung and asking questions.

I ask lots of questions, some of which I'm sure are probably daft or I've asked more than once, but everyone on here is very keen to help, there's no competition, they're a friendly bunch. Anyway, I'd rather risk looking daft than keep quiet and not learn anything!

We're all at different stages but by using this forum regularly we can all improve and help each other to move up one stage at a time because that's what a community is all about.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome !

Im struggling to get time to read through everything & take it all in......I know this sounds like an excuse but Im working overseas just now, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week....but I'll be home in a week or so & plan to sit down with some peace & quiet & get stuck in...

Theres so much going on my head just now I dont know where to start !!

I've downloaded & saved a lot of the video clips & I've been looking at & researching different areas, some close to where I live & some close to where I have family

Its all good so far & I'm sure you'll see plenty posts from me when I get stuck !!
