Hi Everyone

I'm new to property although I have bought an overseas property some years ago, however I'm now ready to develop further in order to build a better life for my 2 girls. I'm looking to learn and in the interim I am seeking to devlop leads from my new lead generating site and then sell them on. I'm also seeking a joint venture partner who maybe seeking to purchase property in the cheltenham and Gloucester area.

I have a wide range of skills especially in Internet Marketing along with other skills a prospective partner could utilise. I work hard and I know my area extremely well being I was born and raise in the area.

I would appreciate help from all who care to share information with me and like wise.

My lead generation site is up, but not launched yet because I'm still working out what happens next if a ton of leads start to appear. I guess I need a little structure as to what i need to say to the vendor even though the site will qualify the majority due to the questions being asked. However there may be a few people who would want to explain there reason for sale in person. So any help in what happens next would be appreciated.
