My name is Christine. I live in Essex, am new to the forum but not new to property investment. I currently have 1 BTL. I have had my fingers burnt in previous investments. However, I am learning from my mistakes and don't wish to make the same all over again.

I was at the last weekend's underground investment summit, it was a great one. Thanks Parmdeep for organising it, and thanks for the telephone call this morning as well. I really appreciate it.

My hunger for success and passion for properties as well as the zeal to help others succeed are the main motivating factors for me to carry on.
I am now giving up my consultancy business because the market for my services is dead at the moment, hence I have the time in the whole world to put into this.
I need help from you pls as I don't know where to start in this business. I am particularly interested in BMV, NMD properties (in essex/kent/london/enfield) using options strategy as financing might be an issue. To start with, I would be interested in any idea that would generate cashflow.
I don't mind networking with people in Essex, Kent, Enfield or London if that's ok.
