I'm Kieran, Based in Chester, Currently investing in the birkenhead area on the Wirral. When i say currently investing i mean tenants are just about to move into my first property following a full refurb and i just picked up the keys for my second property on Monday. I'm on a Roll.

Just joined the forum but have been networking in my local area for a while. I have also Signed up for the TMA this year! So if anyone wants to drop me a line and tell me i've made the best investment in improving my property knowledge that i could make, feel free. I'm coming down to the open day this weekend in london so you can catch me there. looking forward to it !!

One other thing, i'm keeping a blog / website record of my property journey, No fluff - trials, tribulations, successes and achievements, also honest account of what stuff costs!!!
