Hello fellow members,I am here to learn as much as I can about buying,selling,trading etc.I came to this point via peter parfaits"hot property alert/"the successful property investors property workshop"by peter jones/progressive property seminars and website resources and then parmdeep's mini course.I have started leaflet marketing for lease options in the hastings area and have got leads almost immediately.I am presently trying to increase my knowledge in the area of options,packaging deals etc.I have alot of silly questions to ask of people.I am also interested in joint ventures where it makes good sense and Im looking forward to being a valuable member of this community.

Ask as many 'silly' questions as you like, we're a friendly bunch and I'm sure all you questions will get answers.
