  If he is passing the lead on with payment based on a finders fee upon purchase then he will want to make sure any potential lead buyer is going to be able to close on the transaction. In this case, a lead seller will want to choose the lead buyer.

  

“Do I Get My Leads All To Myself?”

 

   Yes of course you do. Each lead goes to one investor. However you are free to share your leads with other investors if you want to once you’ve taken them from our exclusive 4 Fast Sale members only Internet discussion forum.
