  The sessions are always interactive and engaging. We often put the members into groups to solve challenges... we precisely measure and report everything we do in property... we perform role plays... we work together to create advertising campaigns... and much, much more including field trips to go view real property developments taking shape.

  The sessions for the 2009 program will take place on a Saturday in Central London and will be held every other month (six sessions per year). These are compulsory. Hanif is an experienced property investor who helps me coach my Tycoon Mastermind Alliance coaching program members. “Is my investment in the program a tax deductible expense?”

"How many people will be accepted into the Tycoon Mastermind Alliance and when do the sessions start?"

24 property entrepreneurs have been accepted into the Alliance at the time of writing. I'm going to accept 50 in total into the 2009/2010 Tycoon Mastermind Alliance program.

  I have chosen to accept only 50 because that is the amount of people I know myself and my team will be able to comfortably work with.

  Too many members and the program becomes unmanageable. Too few however also presents problems. For a start, I want to have people in the group that you can relate to - if you are a 50 year old male corporate executive with a family to support you may not learn much about forming your strategy from a 23 year old single female for instance.

  That is why I'm going to make sure we have a good spread of individuals when I make my selections for the program.

  I also want to make sure there are people in the program who are at least two years ahead of you in the property business. This will give you the opportunity to learn from and work with other members of the group who can mentor you.

"What do I need to invest to join the Tycoon Mastermind Alliance?"

  You need to invest a minimum of six days per year attending the consulting sessions, plus around 20 minutes per day on implementing the strategies that we will be teaching you. 

Members also pay a fee to join the program.

  Some people have told me the time investment and fee might put some people off from joining... This is intentional on my part because my implementation program is unlike any other property investor group in the UK...
